About Us

Indigo Lily Designs is a custom design based business in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. I have recently been experimenting with the local markets, and can be found at Dartmouth's Harborview Market on the weekends. As ever I am available to do web orders, you can stop by the market, or you can email me to set up a private fitting.

We have a constantly growing portfolio of what we like to call our signature designs, but you can also view some of our custom and bridal work as well. Recently I have begun working in doll clothing and replicas as well as some leatherwork and other acessories. Stay tuned for more updates on our expanding profile.

I have been sewing for almost fifteen years and sewing professionally for ten. I love the challenge of a new design, but my signature designs are also a small group of my favorites.

Everyone who knows me (and some who don't) know that my true passion is for corsetry. I truly love to create these beautiful, feminine, creations and every one of them is still a very special work of art for me. But that is enough blabbing for me. Please have a look at my galleries, and let me know if there is anyway that I can help with that something special you've been looking for.

My husband Micheal, has also clocked more hours than I can count, gone on a zillion photoshoots, assisting and snapping until we get exactly what we need. He also models most of my guy designs first, for better and worse. I couldn't do what I do without him. Since our relocation to Nova Scotia, we have added another member to our design team. Renee "Nikki" Paradis, she assists with design, concept, moral support, reining in my taste that sometimes borders on outlandish and kicking my ass to bed when I have clocked more hours than is safe to be working with pointy objects. She also has been my partner in experimenting with the fantasy leather wings and masks that should be appearing on the site soon.
